General assembly

• The Ordinary General Assembly includes members up to date with their subscription.
• The Ordinary General Assembly meets once every four years. To be valid, it must bring together one third of the members whether they are present or represented.

Executive Board

The Executive Board is the essential body of the association. It ensures the pursuit of the objectives defined by the statutes and the implementation of the action and strategy programme adopted by the General Assembly. He is the force of proposal and responsible for the administration as well as the financial management. Adherent members, present or represented, at the Ordinary General Assembly
The members of the association who are up to date with their membership fees elect the members of the Executive Board.

Its tasks

• Guide the general policy of the Association.
• Vote the operating budgets
• Propose to the General Assembly operations specific to the conservation and development of the heritage entirely devoted to the purpose of the Association.
The elected Board of Directors includes 10 active members.

Executive Office

• The Executive Office is elected from among the members of the Executive Board.
The Bureau is the executive body of the association. He implements the decisions of the Executive Board to which he reports on his action. He represents the association with the competent authorities and public authorities and provides for this purpose the necessary delegations within the Executive Board.
• The Office is composed of a President, a Vice-President; a General Treasurer and an Assistant Treasurer, a General Secretary. The President represents the association in all acts of civil life and is vested with all powers to this effect. In particular, it has the capacity to sue in the name of the association, both in plaintiff and in defence.
