
Request for Proposals for Technical Services
#### **Purpose of the Request for Proposals:**
With the support of AWDF, the Titrit Centrale Agadir association is launching a call for proposals for the organization of training in various fields. This initiative aims to establish partnerships with experts and specialized companies to offer quality training programs, thereby contributing to the development of individual skills and capacities.
#### **Context:**
As part of our commitment to support and strengthen the rights of women agricultural workers, we are launching this call for proposals for the provision of technical services to ensure the effective delivery of specialized training. These training sessions are essential for raising awareness, educating, and empowering women agricultural workers about their fundamental rights, with a particular focus on preventing and combating violence.
#### **Description of Expected Services:**
1. **Training Facilitation:** Design and facilitate interactive training sessions on human rights and women’s labor rights tailored to the context of women agricultural workers.
2. **Training Content:** Develop detailed training modules covering various relevant legal and social aspects such as national and international legislation, violence prevention, access to justice, and economic empowerment of women.
3. **Capacity Building:** Provide technical support to enhance participants’ abilities to apply their knowledge in their professional and personal contexts.
4. **Monitoring and Evaluation:** Develop mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating the impact of the training on participants’ acquired knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors.
#### **Training Fields Sought:**
1. **Field 1:**
– Civic training for women.
– Strengthening participants’ civic skills and advocacy.
– Training to combat violence against women.
2. **Field 2:**
– Improving mental health.
– Providing mental health support.
– Promoting sexual and reproductive health.
#### **Selection Criteria for Bidders:**
– Proven experience in designing and facilitating training on human rights and women’s labor rights, preferably in the agricultural sector.
– Demonstrated gender expertise with a deep understanding of the specific issues facing women agricultural workers.
– Ability to adapt content and teaching methods to the specific needs of participants, including those in vulnerable situations.
– References from similar successfully completed projects.
#### **Submission of Proposals:**
Bidders are invited to submit their detailed technical proposal, including their proposed methodology, implementation schedule, estimated budget, and references, no later than June 29, 2024, by email to contact@associationtitrit.com. Proposals received after this date will not be considered.
